Everything you need to know about getting your order, and sending something back if it isn't quite right.

01 Shipping

Free shipping on all orders over $50 within the U.S. and Canada.
Orders under $50 have a flat $8 shipping fee.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once the carrier confirms delivery.

Full-price items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, all orders are final sale.
Items purchased on sale, with store credit, or using any discount code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Items purchased before a holiday are are considered FINAL SALE.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, labels, and barcodes attached.
Return windows have no exclusions, including holidays.
Please note: In a case where a select order item(s) (on sale) is out of stock, you will be refunded for that item and the rest of your order will be shipped out. We will not accept returns on the other sale items of your order. Additionally, we cannot accept any modification requests for sale items.

Log in to your account and open your customer dashboard.
Find the order you'd like to return. If it's still within the return window, a Return button will appear under that order.
Click Return to start your request and follow the prompts.
Once your return is approved, a return label will be emailed to you.
Include a packing slip or copy of your confirmation email in the package, then ship it back within the eligible window.

We recommend trying on items as soon as they arrive, so there's enough time to return them if needed.

$8 return label fee on every return.
If your order qualified for free shipping and the return brings the total below $50, the original $8 shipping fee is also deducted — a total of $16 in return shipping.
Restocking fee: 3% on returns over $150, and 6% on returns over $400.

Please allow 7–10 days from when we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
